Hi,
I am using NEC Aspire system,my voice message box is full not for an extension for all, how can i increase the capacity of Voice message storage or how can i delete the old voice messages.
Can anyone suggest Basic trouble shooting guide for NEC ASPIRE system.

thanks for your reply,
i am new to this ASPIRE System, i don't know about which voicemail system i am using.
voicemail is configured in ASPIRE PC PRO 45-01
Can you please suggest more.

If it is an intramail, log into a mailbox with sys admin rights and erase the messages in unused mailboxes.
