I have a SV8100 with a PRI. The main number rings a group of phones and it is not listed in the DID routing table, how is the routing defined for a number that is not listed ?

Received Number could be blank as long as you defined it in 22-17-01 . Are they not in 22-17-01 also ?

22-17-01 is blank, everything in 22-17 is blank.
The DID routes are defined in 22-11 but not the main number.

in 22-09 you have item 02 called received vacant number operation this could be set to disconnect or transfer 22-12. in 22-12 you define a ringgroup to ring if the number is not listed in 22-11.

hope this helps

Check 22-10 and see how the tables are split up.

I will typically assign the first 500 tables to be the same in all 8 modes and then use table 500-599 for day mode routing and 600-699 for night mode routing of the main number.

Did you use PcPro to listup ALL of the DID tables? The # may just be in a very high table.

Sorry guys, I found it in the DID table, it was further up. I never skip entrys and have it all in a block so I missed it.
The number rings on a virtual extension 301.
To make that ring on a phone I have to put a VE 301 key on the phone or is there another way ?
At night it rings to 303,303 is call forward to voice mail, how do you control to which greeting it goes ?
Thank you !

You are correct, you will need to program the virtual to appear and ring on the phone that you want it to ring on.

It would be easiest to set mailbox 303 as the night greeing. If you are using the Blade voice mail, set 303 as a transaction box and assign it to be owned by a box that you want to be able to get the messages. T-boxes automatically place messages that get left in them into the owner's box.

Button type 77 secondary data will be the mailbox number.

When you press that button it will log you into that mailbox.

Cool, huh?
