Sunnyvale. That means that it's either an NEC IVS, IVS2, IPS, or Elite.
I'd suggest calling the dealer who sold it to them, at 831-465-0777, and tell them what you're trying to do. They'll have to go into programming and change a few things.
If they're on bad terms with the dealer who sold it to them, they might want to call 510-728-0128, and ask for Andy -- He might be up for a trip to Sunnyvale. He's an expert on the Elite and can get tech support on IVS, IVS2 and IPS.

I don't know where you are getting your information but there is more than 1 dealer selling in that area and more products than mentioned. The user needs to call his dealer

Yes, but I'm going on percentages. Dollars to doughnuts he has little plastic bubble-stickers under the handset of each phone with the name of a Soquel-based dealer. They might have an 8100 from KDDI for all I know... But I'll betcha...
The user needs to call his dealer. Correct. I'm guessing as to who that dealer is.

Portrait and i-series also have this horrible music... Have one installed at my house, telemarketers would call, would put them on hold while I went and got myself.....
Doubt the Portrait ever got the NEC lable, but the i-series eventually did.

Music on hold setting in the IVS/IPS was set in program 480
In the IPK and Elite seties it was in 1-8-26 (I think...)
