Can a second CD-LTA be installed in the 9.5" cabinet to turn it into an 8x16x4?
If I'm reading the installation manual correctly this cannot be done. Anybody actually tried it?

I believe it can be done. We've put in a 9.5 with an CD-LTA + a CD-8DLCA succesfully. Slots 2-6 are universal.

The Hardware manual says 2 can be installed with a footnote:
The footnote says: A PZ-ME50-US is required when more than one CD-LTA is installed. This feature added with Version 3000.
On page 2-2 of the latest hardware manual.
