Have a customer who was having their main number answered by Itramail 24/7. They wanted the calls to be answered by a live person. Main number is a DIL. I set up a ring group(604) and added the requested extensions to it. Changed the day translation for that DIL to go to ring group 604.Worked good. Then I set up a system night button. When I press the system night button, light lights and display says "System is in night mode." However, that DIL is still ringing RG604 rather than UCD700.
T1/PRI DID Wink 16 Channels. All channels set day and night to Extension 700. All phones set for lamp only in ringing on all channels/stations. How can I get the thing to send that DIL to the night translation when it is in night mode?

Night termination: Direct termination set to extension, extension should be set to 700

Night button should be set as system.

Day and Night termination is set to 700 on all 16 channels of the PRI. This is a DIL. Night Translation is also set to 700, but when system night is activated, this DIL still rings TH set in day translation.

How is the night mode button programmed in 2121?

Programmed as a system night key on DSS. When activated, display says "system in night mode"

If system is checked in 2121 I would try to un-check system and enter 700

I may have the ring groups set up wrong? When a user direct dials any extension in the group they all ring. I only want them all to ring if the pilot RG extension number is dialed/terminated.
