Stupid Question. On an SV8100 download, where can I find the Hardware Key Code in PCPro. Am I missing something?

A PCPro backup does not contain the hardware keycode. Use webpro or a display phone.

It does actually. Go to Tools> Reports > Feature Activation. Extort the file and the Keycode is at the top..

Speaking of PCPro on SV8100 had a weird thing happen.
We installed the MIS package (By the way don't get the newest one as of today, it doesn't create a new monthly database)..anyway version 6.? PCPro was included in teh package so we installed it and used it.
Customer (Running 5.02) was getting annoyed. They wanted and extension to be fwded in 2409. I would go in using web pro and set it up. Then later would do a download using PCPro , make some changes then upload. A little later, I would get a complaint that that extension wasn;t forwarded. This happened about 3 times. I downgraded PCpro to V5 and have not had that issue again.

Bill. I'll test if when I get back to work next week and see if it's a problem across all countries or just the US version..

Hi Bill,
Did some testing here on a R5.02 system with PCPro 6.00. Set CF All and CFNA via WebPro and then downloaded with PCPro. The CF settings in 24.09 were set correctly so this may be a local regional PCPro problem. I seem to remember problems with R4 and R5 switches doing remote work using "Interactive Mode" and finding that this was not changing the setting in 24.09 when applied but that's about it..
