Looking for a vendor who can provide programming support for a NEC electra elite ipk II web pro version 1.600.05 system, which has issues with an erratic voicemail alert and extensions suddenly transferring calls to another extension. You need to upgrade your IPKII cpu to the latest version. I believe 2.11 is latest. Programming won't help with erratic issues.

1.61 was the latest release for the 1 series software.
You had to buy a special license for 2.xx series software.
