customer wants to check bosses vmail while out of town, but always goes to her vmail box, how can she change to enter his vmail. * # ?

When the caller hears the main greeting, enter the personal I.D., usually it's 9+extension number.

do you mean, when she hears her prompt to enter password ... she dials 9 and his extension?

If it's asking for her password, enter # (pound) and then 9 + his extension and, if prompted, enter his password.
