i have a customer with a call pilot 100 and it is set up with a ccr tree and all calls are answered immed and transfered to right station or announcement. now the customer only wants it to answer at night and only hear announcements but not leave a message. does anyone know an easy way to do this. i am not very good with call pilot. thanks
