yes
Okay, 2 things to check here:
Go to form 17 (hunt groups), press ESC 5, 2 ENTER This should show you hunt group #2 (pilot 1460). If it shows you 1401-1405, this is a dead end. Forget 1460.
This shows 1461,1462,1463,1464 (which I think are the extensions that lead in to voicemail)
If it shows you 1414, or that ext. with anything else, then there's where you make your change.
If not:
Go to the phone at 1437, and press "superkey." Use the soft keys to go to forwarding, and see if it's forwarded on No Answer to 1414. tried this before. It's set to forward when busy to another ext, but the always and no answer are set to off.
The transaction box 1475 "belongs to" 1414 because that's where it sends its messages. It has nothing to do with forwarding or routing. It's just to make sure that messages have a "home phone" and actually get to a real person. [QB] Wait a second. In mailbox 1475, on the line that says "Transfer:" does it say "Yes-->1414" ? IF so, there's where you make your change.
It says "Yes-->x"
Check form 14 for your tenant1 runks and see what you night1 answer point is set to. If it's 1414, we have a winner (Attendant Forward on No Answer). Nope, can't find any reference to 1414 in there. in Form 14 there are two things there: Bay/SLT/CCT/COS/TEN/DAY/N1/N2/CDN/TK Num/TK Name/Comment 1/7/01/46/1////4/150/TK 150/mvp
and 1/7/02/48/1////5/151/"c/o 151/
I've seen a few refernces to 'mvp' but I don't know what it means.

mvp probably refers to a station location or a company name / tenant name...
Okay, your inbound trunks must be under form 15, which means that they're all DIDs. Right?
So when does a call go to the console?
Hmmmm. Suppose that I'm calling from outside, and walk me through an incoming call. Rings at console first, or Auto Attendant first?
EDIT: thought of one more thing:
Go to form 9, ESC 2 1414 ENTER ESC 3
This will show you the key assignments for ext. 1414. See if any of them are set as Direct Truck Select (DTS) with delayed ringing. If so, then that's what you need to duplicate on the new ext.
Hey Scott, if this isn't it, I'm about 2 hours away by car, and I could come up and take a look. No fee for no results; Otherwise $60/hr and $30 trip-charge. If you want to go that route, drop me an email.

Glad I could help. The drawback to a feature-rich PBX is that there's a million ways to do anything.
