Just took over a customer who has a Prophet Voice voicemail PC, If someone knows the default password to access the voicemail through the terminal could you please PM me.

The password default *******, in caps, for the PC based units. That was my favorite VM, sorry they quit making it.

Also, if anyone has the full user manual for this system, I am willing to pay. Our company purchased an office & all of its existing equipment and we can not do anything w/ the vmail. We desperately need to change the auto attendant message and don't have a clue how. We can't find any technitions that will work on it.

I have a manual. Are you in Dallas TX? I used to buy those from a company near there, and they work on it. I think they are now called ExecutiveTelephony.com. or Executive Voice. Email and I will give you the #.

I just took over an account with a Toshiba DK280 and an outboard PC based vmail/AA that has a sticker stating Voice Prophet.
Customer has no docs and no idea how to access anything but subscriber mailboxes.
Can anyone she some light.. or have a link to a manual. I have checked the manual database at Atlas and there is nothing there that I can find.
Thanks in advance for the help. Looking specifically for how to login and rerecord AA prompts.
