I'm tring to direct a instance to a single digit menu. So far the only way I can do it is thru the default user ID in the instance, is that the way it's done? Also how do you get to the max ID lengths. Im in at level 6 but skips past letting me program that field.

You should be able to copy the default user ID and create a single digit Mbx. You should be able to change what you need at level 6, but I'm not sure what ID you're trying to change... the name or mailbox length or the notify? If you could detail that a lil more.
Thanks
