My customer has an old SANDi voice mail system by Sound Advantage integrated to an Avaya Endeavor. They want to change the AA greetings. I can look at the software on the computer and see the names of the greetings: welcome1.vox, Afterhours.vox, Lunch.vox. Also, there are two extensions: 70 is named Opening Greeting, and 80 is named sound advantage.
I have no idea how to get into admin mode so that I can re-record their welcome greeting.
Does anybody have an idea? I can't find anything on the net.
