Like many of you, I am also looking for someone to send me a copy of the prophet lite manual as well? I have a customer that asked me to make some minor changes to the system greetings and Call routing/single digit menus and I have never seen or heard of this system before today. There doesn't seem to be very much information on this system available online. Who manufacturers this system and does anyone have any contact information for the company or a Tech support number???

This VM is grate and self explanatory. If you know a password the rest is easy as 123. Company Executive Voice was selling it and provided very good support on it. If anybody familiar with NEC DSX Intramail product it is the same VM.
817-329-5521 was a number for Executive Voice Company. Ask for Rick.

I have the manual and most of the software to program these units with my laptop. The only drawback I've found is that they do not always interpret the dtmf tones with my toshiba systems.
Also each version requires a different computer program to program the system.

There are tow versions of the manual. One is the real deal whilst the other is a “Real looking” imitation. You can purchase the “Real” version from the manufacturer. Executive Voice at 817.329.5521. I learned the very hard way that I should have coughed up the $75. It would have saved me a bunch of money. I generously accepted a version from someone on this site not knowing there are two versions. Apparently the version I have and that’s floating around out there is a version that the command codes will reset your system within 24 hours. Everything was great when I left the customers site but the next day, the system defaulted to factory reset. The entire voice mail needed too be programmed. It took me nearly all day and cost the customers a lot. Plus, I don’t think they will be calling me back again…crap. Anyway, be careful.
