Now maybe this isn't possible, but are they able to give you an unused public IP? You could then plug the system in ahead of their internal network and in front of their fire-wall/pix/etc. I probably could, but it's really not necessary. The place is about a 1/2 hour away from the office. So as Grider says, they pay the trip charge if they want changes. I just wanted to see if my opinion about the CG was justified. I'll take a look at teamviewer...you do have to install crossloop to make it work...
