Guy goes to his Doc complaining that he is too "small", and tells his Doc that he's tried all the methods and none had worked.
So the Doc explains that in Europe, they had been very successful in transplanting Baby Elephant trunks to mens penises.
The guy figures he has nothing to lose and says "sign me up Doc!"
He undergoes the surgery and it is a complete success! With all the newly found confidence, he asks the woman at work, who he had always wanted to ask out, for a date.
So off they go to the nicest restuarant in town and they are having a wondefull time.
All of a sudden, the trunk comes out from under the tale, reaches for a roll and dissappears under the table again. His date gasps in total shock and disbelief! She exclaims, Can you do that again?!!
So the guy says, yeah I think so....but I don't know if another dinner roll will fit up my ass!!
