An employee leaves you and takes your customer list with him. His next employer is happy to get it and makes an all out effort to go after every one of them. What would you do? What can you do?

Here in Chicago, we'd just give him a nine-millimeter adjustment. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

I have a wood bat that use to belong to Mark McQuire. You know the one I'm talking about, the end drilled and filled with lead and then topped off with steroids.

On a more serious note - talk to a lawyer - him stealing your list is a crime - his new employer is in posession of stolen property if he now has it. Make a big stink - at the very least it will keep them away from people on your list!!!

I would most defiantly have your lawyer look into it. That is underhanded and low and very unprofessional. You may also watch out for him messing with your customers by remote, this guy sounds like an [censored] (excuse my French).
