Has anyone out there had any experience dealing with this company. They called us to do 2 service calls around 60 days ago. We did the work, and followed all thier procedures. I have not recvd. a check from them and when I call accounting I always get (ext. 18) v-mail. They don't return phone calls either. I don't want to "panic" because I know these co. like to take thier time but I am starting to get that bad feeling in my gut that maybe I will not see the money, because they don't return phone calls or answer them in the accounting dept. We did a few installations for them about a year ago and it took a very long time to get paid. The guy who ordered the installations represented himself as the president of the company and promised prompt payment. We couldn't reach him after the fact, but we did eventually get paid. Not a bad customer, just not good with communication. That's all we care about; let us know if times are bad and we'll work with you as best we can.

Yes I agree, I am willing to work with people when it comes to payment. The truth is it's not alot of money. I just would like to speak to someone when I call to follow up. There is a reason I did not go straight to the "hall of shame" with this. I like to give everyone the chance to make good. I know they have alot of posted questions on here about h/u thier product. I guess I just wanted to see if there were others waiting for payment or had dealings with them. (or maybe they would see it and respond)

You might check them out on an individual basis as some of them are franchises indiviually owned and operated.
