Hi! I took one phone home each night, took it apart and cleaned both front and back of the board using q-tips and a cleaning solution.(I used Windex but was since told that I should have used straight alcohol).I also disconnected each wire and reseated each. I didn't even need to reprogram one of the phones. I was successful in getting my phones to ring again! I plan to also take the third phone home to work on. I'm not sure what the problem was but I tackled just about everything I could think of. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to get to the buttons. I would love to clean behind them too. One of the phones has a button which sticks. They look almost impossible to get to without breaking the plastic connectors to the faceplate....so I left them alone. Thank you very much for your invaluable help. You certainly made my week much easier and less costly. That's what we are here for. There is not much you can do about the buttons, you have to clip the plastic that holds the board to get them apart then you need a good glue gun to put them back together. You can buy a mixture to then build up the buttons and make the work like new but it is a pain in the you know what.
