I remember a post not to long ago on weed killers. I can not remember the names you guys listed..did not find the thread either. So I will ask again. Amy recomendations on who to get ride of weeds and moss. I live in the ciy on but have a nice litte yard with all the rain we had in the last two weeks the yard was overrun with weeds, I pulled most of them out and got it back under control but ia m looking for a way to control and prevent weeds and moss growth. ANy sugestions.

Roundup is good for spot treatment. You might look for a good Weed & Feed for your particular grass.

i sell a TON of round-up at work. get the ready to use spray, to warn you though it kills the grass too.

Use diesel or kerosene in a spay bottle or garden sprayer.

Works better than round-up.

From communications equipment to weed control, what a site. Bayer makes a good all round weed killer and crab grass killer in one. For just all round broad leaf can't beat weed begone. I don't by the premix though, too expensive. I get the concentrate and mix my own, that way you can mix it for the lawn grass you have also. Don't use round-up or any other sterilizer unless you want to get rid of everything.

Boy you'd better hide from the EPA.. laugh
Always used oil around the out buidlings on the farm to keep the weeds down. I can remember when they used burnt oil on gravel roads to keep the dust down, can't do that any more.
