Just had to get this off my chest:

What is so hard about the tactics of warfare, instead of bombing people like we do, the Israelis take out the infrastructure. Thats how you do it!!

Also, isnt it funny that Georgie is keeping his big mouth shut regarding this goings on, you think maybe the prime minister of Israel told him to mind his own business and sit back and watch the right way to bomb the terrorists....

I bet our military leaders must be eating crow as the Israelis are conducting this war the way its supposed to be done.

I dont want to start a political debate and cause alot of name calling, my reason for this post is because I am proud to be of Jewish decent and finally see that the Israelis have taken just about enough of this crap......

Thanks, Mitch

Isreal does not have a problem we have here. In Isreal there are 6 million people and 1 opinion on how to deal with terrorists. Over here we have 300 million and we are not exactly all on the same page. I like their way best.

In Operation Iraqi Freedom we wanted to keep the infrastructure intact, that way when Saddam was gone we could (cough) hand over power immediatly to the Iraqi's and their infrastructure would still be intact. That is why command and control, communications, and powerplants were targeted not infrastructure.

No one whines about civilian casualties or collateral damage when they are going at it. If we (America) get involved that is the first story to hit the presses. My case and point is this story (note the date): https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/06/16/AR2005061601551.html how many people heard about it?

Israel is surrounded by 5 or 6 countries that literally want to destroy it. These countries, or factions in these countries, are constantly attacking men, women and children, have seemingly infinite resources, and NO sense of remorse about their tactics (terrorism) or the goal of the annihilation of the Jewish people. The UN, that POS, stands by and spouts platitudes about peace. The only support Israel gets is from The US and Britain. No thanks to Russia, France, Germany, China, ect.
I think Israel, having made concession after concession, has shown unbelievable moderation to this point.
It's time to take the gloves off. This is simply an extension of the global war on radical Islam we find ourselves in.
I imagine the Bush administration is being typically political, what with them being politicians and all. In secret they are probably cheering Isreal on.
