If I have 3 company phone numbers on my phone system w/3 auto attnandants, how will I determine which company phone line is ringing at my desk?

First off what system are you talking about? and what phone are you using with that system?

I'm using the Comdial PBX phone system and the desk phone is the Comdial Impact.

dtmf will email you, were still not quite sure what your asking. Is it 3 company lines for the same company or 3 different companies? and is your phone the receptionist phone or just one in your office that the auto attendant will transfer a call to? lastly what pbx? Is it the DXP? or the Impression

Use a screened transfer with get caller's name set to no and record the company name in each mailbox set up to transfer to your phone. It will announce the company name as long as you don't have voicemail auto transfer turned on. I'm assuming you want to know how to answer calls transferred to a central operator.
