i cannot get the call s10 message of the set (x20) and the dss button is blinking. tried delete message code, but not seeming to work. Any ideas?

i have gone over my notes from friday, i tried #7 ... do you have any other suggestions, the only thing i know was it was a new receptionist ... and it is possible she sent multiple messages to this station .... should this get all at one pop or does the system even hold multiple messages?

on x10's DSS (x11) x20 is winking, x20's LCD says "Call S10".
