Someone pleae help me. I have a flashing red light on above my hold button. I went to the book that came with the phone and did what it told me to do and it didn't work. Can someone please help me?

That is a message waiting light. Press Intercom Hold to see what phone activated it.
Go to that phone and press Interco #3 and dial the station that has the message light on and it should go out.
