I have a Debut system that I am installing with a Unisyn system. I have the TXIST board installed on the last 4 ports. A single line set works perfectly both originating and answering a call. I have the las two ports (24 & 25) set as EXECUMAIL. Both V-mail ports are permanetly off-hook. If i plug in a IST port on the Comdial or a c.o. line the V-mail pulls dial tone and just sits there. Have you seen this before. Could it be the Flash Card? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure you don't have a debut digital?
If you do the port interface is designed for digital station ports on the DSU's.

Also if this is a version 8.5 Debut there is a line in the VM.cfg file that causes the system to look for stations and auto configure the voice mail. That cauases the Voice mail to go off hook and query the system for stations.
