Anyone have a good solution on how to store or preserve hot peppers or a good pepper relish recipe. I found out that you shouldn't try to eat a Habanero pepper my whole mouth was on fire for 1/2 hour ![[Linked Image from cheesebuerger.de]](https://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/ekelig/g030.gif) | | | | Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 2,928 Member | Member Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 2,928 | Why not make your own hot sauce?

Just remember, freeze it, don't just refrigerate it......it eats through the lid! Pickle the hot boyz, slice, pop those bad dudes all the way back on the back of the tongue....swallow....now chase it with the liquid refreshment of your choice...preferably some type of alcohol so it numbs the mouth and throat. Really, it is the seeds, not the pepper !!!

Watch out Merritt, sometimes they burn you a second time! | | | | Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 1,516 Member | Member Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 1,516 | Wait until the sun goes down, sprinkle a few drops of the pepper juice directly onto some raw chicken livers that are attached to a treble hook on a fishing line. Adding a splash of beer is optional. Throw the line anywhere in the water at your favorite hidden catfish lake. Wait for aproximately thirty seconds, and hold on tight. | | | | Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 7,056 RIP Moderator-Mitel, Panasonic | RIP Moderator-Mitel, Panasonic Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 7,056 | CMDL_GUY and Merritt, That's what the ice cream is for. After eating a habenero pepper make sure you wash hands BEFORE you go to bathroom. Been there, did the end zone dance. Learned the hard way!! | | | Forums95 Topics94,290 Posts639,113 Members49,425 | Most Online5,661 May 23rd, 2018 | |
