Does anybody know why a DET would ring instead of opening right up to speakerphone when directly called from another extension.(all the other phones just ring to announce the speaker is open, then you can talk) I checked to see if anything was set up differently and couldnt see any differences.Thanks.

About the only thing I can think of is that the user set it to Tone Ring Mode in (Feature 98)

DTMF is right and if you deleted that default button for ICM mode HF-PR-TN put it back! or you'll get this call every 2 weeks.
