Rare huh? We can all tell horror stories of poor customer service but how bout a good one?

Called with a problem with a fax machine (an all in one). Got thru fast and the english speaking person on the phone knew exactly what to do. Very professional.

And since I'm on the subject.

I use their call accounting software. Hands down the best CS ever. Always answered by a real person, 99% of the time its the same nice voice, transfers me to one of many techs who are very knowledgeable about their product.

We had a Rolls graphic equalizer go bad at work. I called them up, got an RA number, and sent it back.
They sent it back to me and said there was no problem but it still wasn't working. They told me I could send it back and they would give us a brand new unit. They are one of the few that actually has a decent warranty.
