I have customers complaining that thet are getting the music on hold in there mailbox or to their cell phones after a transfer. I remember something about conference bridges on the FX being used up.This all relates to a line to line transfer that the customer uses on most transfers. Any clues about the music? It seems the line to line transfer did not connect the two parties.

I think you are right on th money on the conference bridge.

If you are on 16a.

Then you don't need to do a line to line transfer anymore.

I am 90% sure this level came out with the ability to transfer off site with out using the conference ports.

Just answer the call hit transfer dial 9 or hit your out going button dial the number wait for the ring and hang up. this should transfer the call.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU FIND.
