The tech has the moh plugged into the RJ11 port - is there additional programming that he needs to do? I read him the info from the past messages I posted and he seems to have everything connected propery - just no moh playing.

you have to go to line programming and set each line to a music source.

you can verify your music is working by turning on background music on a phone to see if you hear it.

This BGM has to be turned on in the COS of the station.

intercom *11 turns on bgm source 1
intercom *12 tunns on bgm source 2
intercom #1 turns it off.
