They should just cancel all 3 shows and run static the whole time. It would certainly be more interesting, humorous and thought provoking.
While they're at it, the same thing should be done to SNL.
Now that I think about it they should just run "the NBC static show" 24 x 7 x 365.
In HD of course.

I never could watch Leno until he moved to the new slot. I don't find it too exciting and often turn something else on after the opening monologue. I'd just assume turn on Comedy Central and laugh at some comedian wanna be.

Jay has a much funnier format than Conad O'Brien any day.

JL is an equal opportunity comedian which makes his brand of humor much easier to watch. However, 5 nights of the same thing gets boring. CO was fine in the late night slot but a disaster in his current slot. JL is the only one with stand-up experience and it shows!

It's all about the money. Who's getting it and who's not. Comedy has nothing to do with it, although I can watch Jay but I just don't get Conan most of the time. My wife say's it's an age thing.
