I am involved in the development of an online game.
A new are has just been made and I am in need of coming up with 3 part riddle that I just can't come up with anything.


Scene A graveyard 100 grave stones.

3 grave stones are unique....they would hold the clues.
Pieces of metal are held within nearby graves. These pieces would form a key when combined.


The graves that hold these pieces are all within 2 graves of the Hint giving grave stone. All other graves spawn a ghost that must be fought

Need 3 lines for the riddle/clues.

My attempt is

Your passage is nigh
provided you don't die
A pair times pi.

Please help come up with a much better one.

Here's my "2" cents -
Are the graves like... single spaces apart?

1.
Avoid a ghost and you will earn
just what you truly do so yearn
as a knight moves before the turn

(In chess, a knight moves two spaces before it turns and goes to a third space)

2.
In the night time when at a well
drop a pebble and then the pail
How many splashes, do pray tell?

3.
One, two, buckle my shoe
three, four, prepare for war
five, six, you're in a fix

4.
Batman and Robin
Casper and Wendy
Jekyll and Hyde

(two names = two graves)

5.
Here Lies Lester Moore
Shot 4 times with a .44
Does a .22 gives a better score?

I like #1 and #2 a lot
