I have a new install at a Dr.'s office; (dx-80 f39 w/8port vm) they want a menu option to page the on-call physician. What's my best approach? They really don't want the patient to leave a message and let pager notification page the Dr. as this would cause him to make 2 phone calls. They have call transfer from their co and I thought maybe I could transfer the caller to the pager number. Any ideas appreciated!

FIRST OF ALL PLEASE FILL OUT YOU PROFILE COMPLETLEY AND HONESTLY. If you have call transfer ability from the co line. I would approach it that way. You are going to need the full understanding on how the voicemail and phone system work but it can be done. I have it set up on a couple of different customers.
