Too far and few between, but when they do, oh boy! I have two that come immediately to mind:
1. I stopped into a Best Buy one Black Friday to see if what I wanted was still available. It was, but when I saw the long checkout line, I started putting it back. Just then, a portable checkout opened right behind me. I turned around, paid for it and left!
2. Leaving Denver airport on an airbus that had sold all but one seat. It was the one right next to me and my son!
