Excuse me, but what the heck are you talking about? How would you expect the money to be transferred without using a bank account.

You may also use a credit card to purchase.

Sounds like you're new to e-commerce and specifically eBay Paypal.

Its a new Paypal/Ebay thing You may have clicked on the wrong button and singed up for the credit. I just made a couple ebay purchases and it was all the same after you decline their new offer.

"Bill me later" is an optional way to pay. You are in no way obligated to use that method.

You pushed the wrong button, and got yourself fetched up. It is not "automatic" or sneaky.

I can't imagine anyone at the FTC will be able to stop laughing long enough to take your complaint seriously.

Wow. Someone skipped English class a few too many times. I'm still trying to figure out what was said. My head is spinning.

I must ask though: Exactly what does this post have to do with support of telephone systems?

While they may be pushing or "promoting" the credit option lately, it's nothing new, and certainly no different from any of my other cards with paperless billing.

I think this topic would be a better fit for the Phone Booth. I'll move it.
