i need some help on a key voice hook up to a dxp it will not sink with the dxp it keeps giving me code 6701 serial link down. i think it's the voicemail because i can get vmmi to work on that serial port where the voicemail plug in it maybe it's the serial card in voicemail. if any ideals let me know and wher i can get a card thanks

are the settings correct in the keyvoice, as far as baud rate?

the setting are set right. i think lighting hit the vm and the com port 1 is not working

If you have a 2nd comm port on the pc you can move it to the other comm port and set the serial integration to use comm 2.

Have you tried setting the trace feature with the L and Z settings and watched the trace for serial activity?
