We have a customer with a comdial MP5000 and Corporate Office voicemail. They like the feature that allows a caller coming from the AA to hold for a busy user and are wondering if there's any way that the live attendant can place a caller in the same Que so she doesn't have to constantly check back to see if the party wants to continue holding. I can't think of any way to accomplish this & would be glad for input.

You should be able to transfer the call to the first port of voicemail. Depending on how the trans.txt file is set you may need to tweak that file.
