Ok I have a DSU, it has impact software. I have a LCD phone on ext. 10. I enter the default password but all I get is a busy signal. I do not know the history of this system. Could the password have been changed?

Change that when I put it the default password, intercom turns off. I am unable to put in 90 and what not to master clear.
