I have some stations that when attempting to use CFWD from the LCD(All Calls) it says "ACCESS DENIED". Could not find the area for that in MMI or hyperterminal programming, nor the book.

I haven't looked to see if this is one of the features that can be inhibited, but maybe it's been inhibited. I think the only way to undo this is to undo all feature inhibiting. Any comments from anyone? ------------------ | Signal Communication Systems - Fresno, CA | | Telephone Systems, Voicemail Syste... & Data Cabling - Central Valley, CA [This message has been edited by 5years&counting (edited July 06, 2005).]

I believe it is a feature that can be individually denied or allowed in the feature inhibet. I always allow everything so I'd need to log onto one to be sure, but that's the first place to check. Mark ------------------ Reliable Telephone Service

under program 29 "Feature Inhibit" dial 15 to disable Call Forward. But this is system wide, you said "some" phones, got that message. Is it system wide or no?

did you enable call forwarding of busy calls? program 53>41 enable call forwarding of RNA? Program 53>21
You also need to ensure the signaling type is set to Tone first.
