How would you go about having calls transferred to a mailbox be transferred directly to a cellphone? This is an Interchange on an FXII. I set up the transfer to field in the MB to "Exxxxxxx" (xxxxxxx being the cellphone). According to the manual The E tells the interchange that this will be an external call. A trace on a test call shows a hookflash, 9 and the cellphone number, however the call stays on hold and does not ring the cellphone. Any ideas?

You need the hookflash plus the code to send hookflash out on the line. Of course you also need Centrex or call transfer/release feature.
