I am having problems getting my phone to ring. I have to turn up another extension to hear when there is an incoming call. I have been working for this company for 6 months now and the phone has never worked properly. I have gone through the user's guide to no avail. Is there a way to program a phone not to ring? If so, how do I re-program it so it will ring?

It depends on the type of Comdial system that your set is working on. This is an installer function not something that is in the enduser guide.
