Just installed the VM card in a DX 80, & sta 102 says "10 new VM messg" I tried going in to listen to msg, but says "NO mesgs" I deleted the MBX, then readded it, but the mess. is still on the display. Any ideas how to get rid of the display message.

Leave a message in the mailbox, wait a few minutes and then listen too and delete the message, give it a few minutes to update and see if it gets it's pointy head back in order. You should also connect with keylink and see how many messages the display indicates for that box. Mark

Keylink is the software you should be using to set up the voicemail.

I'll have to get keylink. By the way sending a msg, & deleting it worked. After I sent a msg to 102, it showed 1 msg, then I listened to it & deleted it, & all clear. Thanks again. pfonman.
