Just a warning, the Nortel IVR system for activating the PRI keycodes has recently been retired. The only people who can now do so are Nortel authorized vendors via the nortel website.
In short, make sure whoever you buy this from has the capability to do this (or you have a vendor on tap who can do it for you.)
