Could you be a little more specific with what cards are in the system? Never heard of "Partner 103E14 System" Is it just 1 206 card?

this is a full wall mounted system. It has 6 station jacks on the left and 2 CO jacks. There is a slot on the right with a double connector-possibly an expansion module. The numbers are right off the front of the unit.

Sounds like maybe a Partner II with a single 206 card.

Not sure. There is no other label on it. I looked inside and didn't see any designation on the board. It does light up, but no phones were available to test.

There should be a small square label on the front of the card, in between the 2 CO ports & 6 station ports. Does it say "206" ? If it is the only one in a 2 slot carrier, then it is a straight 206 card. Good luck.

Yes, what you are showing by you're link to metro line is a 206 card.

It can be used as a stand alone control unit with 2 line ports and 6 station ports.(Must have power cord)

Or can be used as a expansion card in the proper carrier or cabnet.(Don't need power cord, it would power off of the carrier or cabnet)

Hope this helps,
