Its going to be ten lbs. for the four. DHL international is an ouch. Parcel post has no tracking. UPS might be within range to dicker.
What is the postal code up there?

UPS would be not quite $20 with $100 of insurance.
Thats about double what it would cost to send it in the states and as UPS says, does not include taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. that I don't think they collect anyway as when I've bought Samsung stuff from Canada, they just dropped it off and left. You might check with the customs up there.
I'd split the shipping, $310 leaving here. You're on the mod squad so you could mail a check for $310 in US funds or postal money order or whatever to cover it.
