i am installing 2 7265-hs phones on a dx-80. they are getting major interference from their wireless router for their computers. our i.t. guy said he could change the channel on the router if we could tell him the channel on the phone. does anyone know?i called vertical and they don't know.thanks

Most wireless devices are set to channel 11 at default. Your IT guy should know this and adjust his end accordingly! I am not aware of any channel adjustment on the cordless.
