Help!! Until my new Partner system arrives, I have no working phones...so I dug out an old Bell 620 panel and power supply to use in the mean time....I'm jsut having some trouble with the wiring. If you'll recall, there are 2 small 66 blocks, each divided into four quadrants (1 for each KTU)....in each quadrant, the rows are T R T R A A1 L LG RG RC. It makes sense...except for the fact that there are 2 sets of T/R rows...why is this? Is hte first row for the incoming line and the second for the connection to my keyset?

Don't forget you common audible rc and rg need to be common to each card. you need to wire them together.

I thought that those were strapped internally. The thing works fine..sometimes. I did some very very quick and sloppy terminating w/o the proper tools (I used tweezers..they were convinient), though, so sometimes I can't get dial tone. As long as I keep the KSU turned the right way the wiring works fine. I just have to be careful not to bump it [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com] . Good thing this is in my home!
