We have a customer that has a Comdial Unisyn system. She wants a phone that has Caller ID display capability and a redial button. Any recommendations on what's available?

The Unisyn was not made to be caller ID capable. It has nothing to do with the phone, it is the system. Comdial did make a card that could be added so that the system would be caller ID capable, but they are extremely rare and, if you do manage to locate one, extremely expensive.
This sounds like a good opportunity to sell them a new system and bring them into the 21st century.

Or, to redial with the handset OFF-hook, press Hold and then press the # key.
