Hi all, I'm working on a DX120 with HD VM 7270. The cust. says that sometimes she hears the VM beeping all day long from the cabinet, sometimes she does not hear it all day. Could this me the battery going dead? It is not rebooting, when its beeping all VM functions are working and cust. has no issues at anytime with the VM. Ju8st the beeping.

Is there a cadence to the beeping or is it just the same length beep throughout each episode?

I would suggest going onsite and looking at the error log. It's probably throwing errors of some kind.

That's the hard drive voice mail. Tell her to move away to an area where she can't hear the beeps. And then, do what Justin said to find out why it's being noisy.
