I have a customer that is using a DXP Plus with Concierge system and Corporate office V-mail.
From what i am reading the KVT system will do a Voice type wake up call? "good Morning this is your wake up call." This site is running either 8.2 or 8.5 software. when was that incorporated and if it is there how do I turn it on? Their corporate is requiring them to have his sometime this year and i think it may already be a function. IF not what would I have to do to upgrade them to a level that will have this feature?

It's already there. My suggestion would be for you to go onsite and familiarize yourself with it, so you're ready when the time comes.
